Current status, 10-Jan-2002. A directory of SAS examples used in Biostat 236, Winter 2002.

Current status, 24-Apr-2001. Updated SAS code to use version 8. Libnames will need to be updated as appropriate for your system. Postscript figures and reports were based on the output from version 6.

• Mice data have extensive example programs for different covariance structures and resulting output. Analyses using a subset of the data and the full data are available. A set of simple spline model analyses are available.
• The simple version of the Weight Loss Data has a few analyses available.
• The Full version of the weight loss data is available.
• The Dental Data is available.
• The Pain Data has several example programs and resulting output.

• PDF file describing the assigned data analysis project.
  
• cd4m236.sas7bdat is a SAS data set with our version of the cd4 cell counts.
  
• Code that runs a not very intelligent model using the data. This is to help get you started, not to illustrate quality data modeling!
  
• cd4_rawdata.txt is the raw data, slightly manipulated from Diggle's web site, with slightly more information in the header, all of which I inferred, so if there is an error, it's probably mine. It is in tab delimited format. You don't need the raw data to do the project.
